Liquidation for Manufacturers & Distributors

Manufacturers and distributors work at a scale where small forecasting misses become full pallets of extra stock. We purchase production overruns, excess SKUs and slow-moving inventory outright, giving you a single buyer for volume that your regular channels can’t absorb.

Seller submissions are reviewed by Overstock Heroes, the liquidation and excess-inventory company that sources inventory for Everything Liquidated.

Who this is for

  • Consumer product manufacturers and private-label producers
  • Importers holding container quantities of excess goods
  • Wholesale distributors with slow-moving or discontinued SKUs
  • Brand owners managing inventory across several warehouses

What inventory we buy

  • Production overruns and extra finished goods
  • Excess SKUs after a line review or retailer delisting
  • Order cancellations that left product already manufactured
  • Packaging-change and label-change inventory
  • Returns and refused shipments coming back from retail accounts
  • Mixed truckloads consolidated from multiple warehouses

Situations we can help with

  • Retailer delistings: a major account dropped the item and you still have the run.
  • Cancelled purchase orders: goods are finished, packed and have nowhere to ship.
  • New versions launching: old packaging or prior models need to clear before the replacement ships.
  • Warehouse rationalization: consolidating facilities and reducing SKU count.
  • Working-capital pressure: cash is locked in inventory that isn’t turning.

Protecting your channels

Large brands often care where liquidated goods end up. If you have requirements, such as no resale through certain channels, removal of labels, or restrictions on online listings, include them in your submission. We’ll discuss them during review, before any offer is made.

FAQs

Do you buy truckload quantities?

Yes. From a single pallet to full truckloads, send us the details and we’ll evaluate the opportunity.

Can you buy from multiple locations?

Yes, multi-location inventory is welcome. List each location and its approximate quantities if you have them.

What format should my inventory data be in?

A spreadsheet with SKU, description, quantity, unit cost or MSRP if available, and location is ideal. If you don’t have one, send what you have and we’ll work from there.

Can you coordinate freight from our warehouse?

Yes. In most purchases, our team handles the freight or pickup logistics, including scheduling, carriers and transportation coordination, and the logistics cost is typically covered as part of our offer. You don’t have to arrange it yourself.

How it works

  1. Submit your inventory

Share whatever you have: product details, quantities, condition, location, photos, manifests or spreadsheets. Incomplete information is fine.

  2. We review it

We look at every opportunity, whatever its condition, and evaluate what it’s worth to us.

  3. We follow up

We follow up about next steps. When we buy, our team typically handles the freight or pickup logistics.
