3PL Abandoned Inventory Liquidation

When a client stops paying, stops responding or goes out of business, their inventory stays on your racks and keeps costing you space and labor. Once you have the right to sell those goods, we can purchase the inventory outright and help you turn dead pallet positions back into revenue.

Seller submissions are reviewed by Overstock Heroes, the liquidation and excess-inventory company that sources inventory for Everything Liquidated.

Who this is for

  • Third-party logistics providers and fulfillment centers
  • Public warehouses and contract warehouses
  • Prep centers and e-commerce fulfillment operations
  • Freight forwarders and cross-dock facilities holding unclaimed goods

What inventory we buy

  • Abandoned client inventory: full pallets, mixed cartons or pick-face stock
  • Inventory from clients who went out of business or into bankruptcy
  • Unclaimed or orphaned pallets with no active account behind them
  • E-commerce brand stock left after a client relationship ended
  • Returns, damaged and non-working goods accumulated on behalf of a former client

Situations we can help with

  • Unpaid storage: a client is months behind and the inventory is your best path to recovery.
  • Account closures: the client has shut down and nobody is coming back for the stock.
  • Space recovery: you need the pallet positions for paying customers.
  • Year-end clean-up: clearing unclaimed goods before inventory counts or a facility move.

The right to sell

Warehouses usually follow their storage agreement and the notice and lien rules that apply where they operate before selling a client’s goods. If you’re still working through that process, submit anyway and tell us where things stand, so we can start evaluating the inventory. We purchase and liquidate inventory; we do not provide legal advice.

What to include

A count of pallets or cartons, a product list or WMS export if available, photos of representative pallets, condition notes and your facility location. Mixed, incomplete and undocumented inventory is welcome, so send whatever you have.

FAQs

Can you take everything at once?

That’s often the simplest approach. Send us the details on everything, including mixed, damaged or unusual goods, and we’ll evaluate the full clean-out as one opportunity.

Can you arrange pickup from our dock?

Yes. In most purchases, our team handles the freight or pickup logistics, including scheduling, carriers and transportation coordination, and the logistics cost is typically covered as part of our offer. You don’t have to arrange it yourself.

What if we don’t have a full manifest?

Submit what you have. Photos and approximate counts are often enough to start a review.

Is anything too damaged or unusual to send?

No. Damaged, non-working, expired, mixed and unusual goods can all have value. Don’t sort anything out first. Send us the details and we’ll evaluate the opportunity.

How it works

  1. Submit your inventory

Share whatever you have: product details, quantities, condition, location, photos, manifests or spreadsheets. Incomplete information is fine.

  2. We review it

We look at every opportunity, whatever its condition, and evaluate what it’s worth to us.

  3. We follow up

We follow up about next steps. When we buy, our team typically handles the freight or pickup logistics.
